Essays will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Quality of Research (20 Marks)

Originality/ Creativity (10 Marks)

Language, Grammar and Style (10 Marks)

Organization, Structure and Clarity of Expression (10 Marks)

Quality and Viability of Recommendations/ Suggestions (20 Marks)
The essays will be evaluated in three stages.

Stage 1: The Essays will be evaluated by our Editorial Board which comprises of three tier blind peer student review process. Top fifteen essays will be sent for stage two.

Stage 2: The Essays will be evaluated by our Consulting Board which comprises of legal practitioners or research scholars in the field of air and space law. Top ten essays will be sent for stage three.

Stage 3: The Essays will be evaluated by our Advisory Board which comprises of Emeritus Professors/Professors/Academicians/ Senior Legal Practitioners from different international universities/law firms/companies in the field of Air and Space Law. The last stage evaluation shall determine top eight essays to be published and the three winners of the competition.
